| During the initial consultation, we will endeavour to capture the principal requirements of the design, its function and appearance. Using the most upto date 3D computer assisted design software, we can then generate high quality images of the design and submit these to you, with a proposed specification, as the basis for a formal quotation. |

New House Design |
When our quotation has been accepted and the design agreed, along with all the materials and finishes, our draughtsman will prepare detailed working drawings which can be reviewed before manufacturing commences. A detailed site survey may also have to take place to establish room dimensions and the integration of services. During this process, changes and revisions may inevitably arise. We understand that unforeseen issues are encountered during the design process and one of the major benefits of CAD is the ability to update drawings quickly and reliably. The final working drawings will show all the construction details and specify all the materials and fittings to be used in the job. They will show how electrical, plumbing and lighting features are to be integrated into the design and will detail, where appropriate, the relationship between furniture and room structures such as walls and ceilings. |
